• Lives in the actual area where the clients are looking.

 

That is my objective, analytic answer to the question.

 

However, what I will remember about the process of our house search here in Asheville was Molly's energy and sense of humor.  She connected with my husband and me very quickly.  She made us feel comfortable about our initial inability to set parameters on our search.  She had all the requisite skills mentioned above and the intangible people skills that made the process both comfortable and exciting.  Buying a house whether it is your first home, your second home, or a retirement home are milestones and should be positive experiences.  An excellent realtor would do that for his or her client.

 

Molly McNichols did just that for us. We had a blast working with her and all of the people she guided us toward in the process:  attorney, closer, painter, renovator.  She was not only a good realtor, she was a good person."
